1.What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We truly support small businesses, so the MOQ for this collection is just 50 sets per sku. Feel free to give it a try! 

2. How long does it take to get the order ready for shipment?

It depends on the quantity of the items ordered. Typically, we need 10–20 days for production, quality inspection, and packaging. 

3. Does the quoted price include shipping costs?

Shipping is not included in the quoted prices, as there are various shipping options available with different costs. You can choose the most suitable method based on your needs. 

4. Shipping Methods, Lead Times, and Costs

·Fastest & Most Expensive: FedEx or UPS Express — 3–5 business days, approx. $15.5/kg

·Moderately Fast & Expensive: Air freight for the first leg, UPS for final delivery — 8–12 business days, approx. $9.8/kg        

·Minimum delivery weight: 12kg. Shipments weighing less than 12kg will be charged at the 12kg rate. 

·Most Recommended: First leg by sea via Matson, final delivery by UPS — 25–30 days, approx. $6.2/kg

·Most Economical: Standard sea freight — 40–60 days, approx. $4.4/kg

Due to frequent changes in tariff policies, the specific freight charges shall be subject to the actual quotation issued on the day the PI is issued.

All of the above methods are door-to-door and include customs duties, so you won’t have to handle customs clearance or pick-up. We’ll deliver directly to your store, warehouse, or any other specified location.
